 Los Alamos has a long history of involvement in the production of targets for the NNSA's Inertial Confinement Fusion program.  Thus, it was only natural for LANL to also contribute to the Office of Fusion Energy Sciences' target fabrication effort.  This work is performed primarily in groups MST-7 (Polymer's and Coatings) and MST-10 (Condensed Matter and Thermal Physics).
